Please note that the submission of investment projects for funding through PS PAC 2027 takes place during the open sessions and within the limits of available funds - according to the submission ceiling that can be checked in the PS PAC 2027 investment project counting application (click here for the Project Counting Application).

Please be aware that the session may close before the announced deadline for submission in the Session Announcement (click here for announcements) when the value of funds requested by the last project leads to exceeding the submission ceiling.

Please note that the submission and registration of agreement requests for funding through the National Program for the development and support of the food industry INVESTALIM is done during the open session until December 27, 2023, at 16:30.

The submission and registration of agreement requests do not stop when reaching or exceeding the financial allocation for the respective session.

Please note that the submission of investment projects through the State aid scheme to support investments in new capacities for the production of ELECTRIC ENERGY produced from renewable sources for the self-consumption of enterprises in the agricultural and food industry sector, financed through the Modernization Fund, takes place during the open session until December 15, 2023, at 23:59.

The submission and registration of funding requests do not stop when reaching or exceeding the financial allocation for the respective session.

Keep in mind that the counting application for investment projects submitted for funding through the Strategic Plan for CAP 2023-2027 does not display projects related to schemes funded by other programs, namely the INVESTALIM Scheme and the Renewable Energy Scheme.

For these schemes, a competitive announcement applies, so the submission of project proposals is based on the competitive bidding procedure and will be submitted and evaluated according to the competitive procedure based on the score obtained after the end of the submission session.
