Additional Information
The current session for receiving funding applications under the Energy Scheme was launched on December 24, 2024. The total funds available for financing eligible projects submitted in this session amount to 150 million euros, allocated based on installed capacities and renewable energy sources.
It is important to note that for the 2024–2025 session, the state aid granted under the scheme can cover up to 100% of eligible costs.
The maximum non-reimbursable funds available per project for wind energy are 700,000 euros per MW, regardless of installed capacity. For solar energy, the funds reach 550,000 euros per MW for installed capacities greater than 1 MW and 650,000 euros per MW for installed capacities of 1 MW or less.
Eligible beneficiaries under the Energy Scheme include enterprises operating in the agricultural sector or food industry, legally established and registered with the National Trade Register Office (ONRC), as well as Organizations/Federations of Organizations for Land Improvement (OUAI/FOUAI).
Through this support scheme, funding will be provided for projects aimed at establishing new capacities (both under and above 1 MW) for generating electricity for self-consumption, with or without storage, from solar and wind sources.
