APIA Starts Payment Authorization for Coupled Support – 2024 Campaign

The Agency for Payments and Intervention in Agriculture (APIA) announces that it has commenced the payment authorization process for coupled income support interventions under the 2024 Campaign.

The unit amounts of direct payments for interventions listed under Article 1 of MADR Order No. 185/28.05.2025, approving the unit amounts of direct payments for payment applications submitted in 2024, financed by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) under the CAP Strategic Plan 2023–2027, published in the Official Gazette No. 185/28.05.2025, are as follows:

1. PD-09 Coupled income support – Soybeans: 155.00 RON
2. PD-10 Coupled income support – Alfalfa: 93.60 RON
3. PD-11 Coupled income support – Legumes for processing (garden peas, dry beans, green beans): 230.00 RON
4. PD-12 Coupled income support – Hemp: 250.00 RON
5. PD-13 Coupled income support – Rice: 611.00 RON
6. PD-14 Coupled income support – Seed potatoes: 2,005.00 RON
7. PD-15 Coupled income support – Hops: 605.16 RON
8. PD-16 Coupled income support – Sugar beet: 816.30 RON
9. PD-17 Coupled income support – Field-grown vegetables for fresh consumption or processing (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, eggplants): 1,607.00 RON
10. PD-18 Coupled income support – Greenhouse/solar-grown vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, eggplants): 2,108.00 RON
11. PD-19 Coupled income support – Fruit (plums, apples, cherries, sour cherries, apricots, peaches): 573.00 RON
12. PD-20 Coupled income support – Forage plant seeds: 206.10 RON
