The Agency for Payments and Intervention in Agriculture (APIA) informs potential beneficiaries that until July 31, 2023, inclusive, payment requests for the reimbursement of state aid for the quantities of diesel fuel purchased and used in agriculture, during the period from April 1 to June 30, 2023 (the second quarter of 2023), can be submitted.

The requests can be submitted or transmitted electronically to the APIA centers by the administrator/legal representative or their authorized person, accompanied by the documents listed in the Annex.

All documents submitted in copies must be certified as conforming to the original by the support applicant, confirmed by their signature, and labeled "conform cu originalul" (conforming to the original).

The state aid is granted in the form of reimbursement of the difference between the standard excise rate and the reduced excise rate for diesel fuel used in mechanized agricultural activities, with a unit value of 1.529 lei/liter.
