The Agency for Payments and Intervention for Agriculture (APIA) brings important clarifications regarding the status of the classic field control for the 2023 application year.
Starting today, 07.12.2023, the functionalities developed in the APIA computer system are available for entering control reports, operating and verifying the results of controls delegated to the institutions with which the Agency has concluded Agreements for the delegation of duties regarding the verification of farmers' compliance with the eligibility conditions for obtaining subsidies in the 2023 Campaign.
Thus, the Payments and Intervention Agency for Agriculture, through the County Centers, supports the institutions involved, ensuring all the necessary technical support for this operation to be carried out successfully.
We specify that the National Phytosanitary Agency (ANF), through the County Phytosanitary Offices, as delegated bodies, has started the activity of generating order and operating/verifying control reports for farmers selected in the conditionality sample (SMR 7 and SMR 8) and M10 ( Agroenvironment and Climate).
Also, the functionalities developed in the APIA computer system are also available for the National Veterinary Sanitary and Food Safety Authority (ANSVA) with attributions regarding the verification of farmers' compliance with the legal requirements in terms of management SMR 5-6 and SMR 9-11, for all farmers selected for conditionality, but also for the National Agency for Animal Husbandry (ANZ) in order to operate and verify the results of delegated controls in the animal husbandry sector.
We remind you that in the 2023 Campaign, a total number of 13,313 farmers were selected for classic control on the ground - vegetable sector, and for classic control on the ground - livestock sector a number of 5,219 farmers. The deadline for the introduction of classic control reports, related to the 2023 Campaign, was set for 12.12.2023.
