The Napoca Porolissum Local Action Group, in partnership with the National Federation PRO AGRO and the Lider Bistrița-Năsăud Local Action Group, is organizing the fourth edition of the Coop&Grow event: CLLD & Multifund: Strategies for Innovation from March 6th to 8th in Miercurea-Ciuc – Hotel Fenyő.
Now in its fourth edition, the Coop&Grow event symbolizes cooperation and innovation, serving as fertile ground for the conceptualization of smart technologies, the exchange of valuable ideas, and the expansion of professional networks.
The scheduled activities include thematic presentations, debates, and team workshops, all focused on the implementation of Multi-Fund Local Development Strategies (CLLD).
The main goal of the event is to prepare Local Action Groups (LAGs) for the efficient implementation of Multi-Fund Local Development Strategies (CLLD) during the 2023-2027 period.
This endeavor involves a thorough analysis of existing risks, challenges, and uncertainties. Through our collaboration, we aim to develop innovative methods and approaches and explore ways to activate the concept of smart villages.
Over the course of the three Coop&Grow editions, we have successfully brought together LAGs from all over the country and laid the groundwork for productive dialogue with members of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MADR), the Agency for Rural Investment Financing (AFIR), civil society, and, last but not least, the academic field.
This mosaic of perspectives is and will remain a goal of each Coop&Grow edition. The event creates a space for dialogue where we have the chance to share best practices, ideas, solutions, and reflections on the challenges we aim to successfully address regarding rural development in Romania and Europe.
We are delighted to host such a large-scale event, as in the fourth edition of Coop&Grow, we will once again have the valuable presence of LAG members from all corners of the country, as well as representatives from MADR and AFIR.
Furthermore, we will also bring along members from the Ministry of Investments and European Projects (MIPE), Erasmus+, and the Regional Intermediate Body - the Inclusion and Social Dignity Program (OIR PoIDS). We are looking forward to three intense days filled with practical workshops, inspiring presentations, and debates to focus our attention on the specific situations we face in rural Romania.
We are aware of the challenges, but also of the benefits of this crucial implementation period, and therefore, we aim to join forces to bring positive change to the Romanian rural environment. Furthermore, by building this tradition of Coop&Grow events, we lay the groundwork for a prosperous future for the rural environment, as we all envision it!
