Kinsidro™ Nutri is a newly launched product by Corteva Romania in the EC fertilizer category. In a continuously developing market, the company approaches this issue in a different way.

What is Kinsidro™ Nutri?

Kinsidro™ Nutri benefits from a patented, unique composition consisting of chelated EDTA macro and micro-elements, lignosulfonate-bound, together with humic and fulvic acids. Therefore, this product is currently unique on the market, having the highest content of fulvic acids, which play a particularly important role in accelerating metabolic processes in the crop plant.

Due to its high content of fulvic acids, Kinsidro™ Nutri can be used in much smaller doses (0.15 kg/ha) than competitors in the segment, without affecting the final result of the product application.

This complex mixture of fulvic and humic acids, along with nutrients, not only stimulates cell growth and division but also promotes root development and enhances photosynthesis.

In monitoring the results, daily satellite images from the Granular Link* application and MCARI filters were used to highlight the greening effect and enhancement of photosynthesis (up to +44%). Astonishing results were observed within 1-2 weeks after application, with significantly better crop development and noticeable greening effect (up to +23%) compared to untreated or other competitors.

Physical field assessments showed increases in vegetative mass of up to 9.1% and root growth of up to 21.6%. The final results demonstrated an average production increase of 7.75% for all tested crops.

All these results indicate that by applying Kinsidro™ Nutri, plants utilize nutrients more efficiently, cope better with abiotic stress, and as a result, the quantity and quality of crops are greatly improved.

When and what are the benefits of applying it to crops?

Kinsidro™ Nutri can be applied to corn and sunflower crops from the 2-leaf stage up to the stage of 6 fully formed leaves.

For autumn cereals, Kinsidro™ Nutri can be applied in the 2-3 leaf stage, particularly beneficial when the treated seed fertilizer Ympact was not used and wheat was sown very late to prevent aphids, cereal leaf beetles, or wheat flies from affecting the crop. In spring, Kinsidro™ Nutri can be applied to spring cereals and sugar beets, along with herbicide application, for optimal plant development.

For rapeseed, applying Kinsidro™ Nutri in the 2-4 leaf stage during autumn provides the same benefits as for autumn cereals, promoting plant development and fortification before winter, significantly reducing the risk of damage from harsh weather conditions.

Kinsidro™ Nutri fertilizer differs from other fertilizers on the market because, in addition to its essential nutrient content for crop plants, it also has a biostimulant effect that enhances growth and accelerates plant metabolism.
