The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, through the General Directorate of Rural Development, as the Managing Authority for the 2023-2027 Strategic Plan, has posted for public consultation the Applicant's Guide for the following interventions:

DR 20 - Investments in the zootechnical sector

DR 25 - Modernization of irrigation infrastructure;

DR 26 - Establishment of irrigation systems;

DR 28 - Creation/modernization of basic road infrastructure in rural areas;

DR 30 - Support for the installation of young farmers;

DR 37 - Knowledge transfer.

The guides can be consulted on both the official website of MADR, www.madr.ro, in the Rural Development section - Strategic Plan CAP post-2020 - Implementation of the CAP SP 2023-2027, under the Documents for consultation CAP SP 2023-2027 subsection, as well as on the website of the Agency for Rural Investment Financing, www.afir.info.

The public consultation period is 15 calendar days from the posting date on the website, starting from August 1, 2023. All interested parties can submit proposals or observations regarding the documents under discussion to the email addresses [email protected] and [email protected].
