Taking into account the information circulated online regarding the obligation of agricultural producers to be registered in the "Integrated Management and Monitoring Information System" platform, in order to ensure traceability of tomato production at the time of applying for support, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MADR) makes the following clarifications:

All applications submitted and those to be submitted by May 10, 2024, for the state aid for partial compensation of losses in tomato cultivation in protected areas, in the context of the crisis caused by Russia's aggression against Ukraine, are eligible without being registered in the Integrated Management and Monitoring Information System (SIMM) platform.

In this regard, a circular has been issued from the central apparatus of MADR to all agricultural department coordinators across the country, to ensure correct information dissemination to potential beneficiaries. (Photo: Freepik)
