New informative guides for the wine sector

The Agency for Payments and Intervention in Agriculture (APIA) informs potential beneficiaries about the publication on its website – www.apia.org.ro – of two new informational guides for the implementation of interventions in the wine sector:

  • Informational Guide for the implementation of Intervention IS-V-02: “Investments in tangible and intangible assets” under the CAP Strategic Plan 2023–2027;
  • Informational Guide for the implementation of Intervention IS-V-07: “Investments in tangible and intangible assets aimed at enhancing the sustainability of wine production” under the CAP Strategic Plan 2023–2027.

These materials are intended to provide guidance to applicants in preparing, managing, and implementing investment programs, in accordance with eligibility conditions, EU baseline requirements, and other specific criteria.

Applicants must submit the required documents in accordance with the instructions for using the online application modules, which will be published on the APIA website. Submissions must also be provided in printed format. However, the basic verification will be carried out based on the documents submitted online.

Applications must be submitted at the headquarters of the relevant county APIA center or the APIA Bucharest office, depending on the location where the program will be implemented, during the predetermined application window, as specified in the call notice published on the APIA website.

Maximum public support:

  • For Intervention IS-V-02, the maximum financial support is:
  • €1,500,000 per program for complex acquisition projects;
  • €400,000 per program for simple acquisition projects.
  • For Intervention IS-V-07, the maximum public support is:
  • €650,000 per program for complex acquisition projects;
  • €250,000 per program for simple acquisition projects.

The submission sessions for IS-V-02 and IS-V-07 will close once the total value of submitted funding applications reaches 120% of the budgetary threshold set in the call notice.

Payments by APIA will be made in accordance with the approved implementation schedule and financial reservations, and no later than October 15, 2027.
