The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development announces that the following interventions from the Strategic Plan for CAP 2023-2027 will be launched:

Intervention DR-27 - Creating/Modernizing agricultural access infrastructure from the Strategic Plan for CAP 2023-2027

Intervention DR-28 - Creating/Modernizing basic road infrastructure in rural areas from the Strategic Plan for CAP 2023-2027

Intervention DR-30 - Support for the installation of young farmers from the Strategic Plan for CAP 2023-2027

Intervention DR-27 contributes to ensuring agricultural access infrastructure, and the project submission session will take place between November 2, 2023, at 9:00 AM, and February 29, 2024, at 4:00 PM, with a financial allocation of 100,000,000 Euros.

Intervention DR-28 contributes to ensuring basic road infrastructure, leading to an improvement in the quality of life in rural areas. Projects can be submitted between November 2, 2023, at 9:00 AM, and February 29, 2024, at 4:00 PM. The intervention will receive a financial allocation of 200,988,235 Euros.

Intervention DR-30 contributes to supporting young farmers in rural areas and rejuvenating generations working in the agricultural sector. The project submission period is from November 2, 2023, at 9:00 AM, to January 31, 2024, at 4:00 PM.

The total financial allocation for project submissions is 250,691,764 Euros, divided as follows:

• National component: 175,484,235 Euros;
• Mountain area component: 75,207,529 Euros.

Announcements regarding the launch of these funding application sessions will be published by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Agency for Rural Investment Financing on the websites www.madr.ro and www.afir.info. These announcements will include information about:

the plan's name;

the plan's managing authorities;

the intervention's name and code;

information on the financial allocation for the submission session;

the project submission period, as well as the deadline for submission (day and time), along with the mention that "Project submission within the session will stop before the deadline, as per the provisions of OMADR no. 407/2023 approving the Regulation on the organization and operation of the selection process and the process of verification and resolution of disputes for rural development projects under the Strategic Plan for CAP 2023-2027 (PS 2023-2027)";
