In January 2025, the following legislative documents were issued and published in the Official Gazette:

• ORDER amending Article 13, paragraph (4) of the Order of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development No. 106/2024 regarding the implementation method, fulfillment of eligibility criteria, conditions, and other specific requirements, including the types of supporting documents for interventions related to the plant and livestock sectors, as provided in Article 1, paragraph (2), letters a) and b) of Government Decision No. 1,571/2022 on establishing the general framework for implementing interventions in the plant and livestock sectors under the CAP Strategic Plan 2023–2027, financed from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund and the state budget, starting from 2024.
• ORDER amending and supplementing the annex to the Order of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development No. 1,366/2018 for the approval of the Procedure for the removal of permanent grasslands from agricultural use.
• ORDER approving the level of guarantee commissions for the year 2025.
• ORDER amending the annex to the Order of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development No. 1,343/2018 regarding the approval of the tariff value owed for the permanent or temporary removal of land located outside the built-up area from agricultural use, as well as for the introduction of agricultural land into the built-up area.
• ORDER supplementing the Methodological Norms for the application of the provisions of Law No. 195/2018 on the approval of the Support Program for pig breeders for reproduction activities, approved by the Order of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development No. 420/2019, and the Methodological Norms for the application of the provisions of Law No. 227/2018 on the approval of the Support Program for reproduction, incubation, and breeding activities in the poultry sector, approved by the Order of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development No. 463/2019, as well as establishing certain measures for their application.
