According to MADR (Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development), the following normative acts with relevance to agriculture and rural areas have been published in the Official Gazette:

• ORDER amending and supplementing the annex to Order no. 107/2017 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development regarding the approval of the de minimis aid scheme "Support for the implementation of actions within the local development strategy."
• ORDER approving the quantities of diesel fuel for the period July 1, 2023, to September 30, 2023, determined for payment and not reimbursed by the Agriculture Payments and Intervention Agency, benefiting from state aid granted in the form of reimbursement.
• DECISION regarding the allocation of a sum from the budget reserve fund at the disposal of the Government, provided for in the state budget for 2023, to supplement the budget of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Another provision concerns the amendment of art. 10 para. (13) and (10) of Government Decision no. 1.174/2014 regarding the establishment of a state aid scheme for reducing the excise duty on diesel fuel used in agriculture.
