According to MADR (Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development), at the end of 2023 and during January 2024, the following legislative documents were issued and published in the Official Gazette:

• LAW no. 412 of December 18, 2023, regarding the establishment and functioning of local gastronomic points.
• The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues an ORDER approving the nominal composition of the Verification Commission for the issuance of the agreement for the free circulation and use on the territory of Romania of agricultural products originating from Ukraine.
• The President of ANSVSA (National Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety Authority) issues the ORDER for amending and supplementing the Sanitary-Veterinary Standard regarding the procedure for the registration/health-veterinary authorization of units in the field of animal by-products and derived products not intended for human consumption, approved by the Order of the President of the National Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety Authority no. 79/2019.

Furthermore, the Order of the President of the National Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety Authority no. 96/2014 approving the tariffs applicable in the field of sanitary-veterinary and food safety has been amended. (Photo: Freepik)
