APIA Reminds Farmers of the Ongoing 2025 Payment Application Campaign
The Agency for Payments and Intervention in Agriculture (APIA) reminds farmers that the 2025 Payment Application Campaign is currently underway and urges them to visit their local APIA Centers according to the appointments scheduled by agency officials.
To avoid congestion towards the end of the campaign, it is essential to adhere to the announced scheduling timetable.
When completing the application, APIA beneficiaries must update their information in the 2025 Payment Application.
A single Payment Application must be submitted, even if the applicant operates land areas and/or holds ANSVSA-registered farms in different localities/counties.
Support from Local Authorities
APIA calls on all municipality representatives to support the application submission process. Farmers must verify, together with their local municipality, the registration status of their agricultural land in the Agricultural Register and allow the municipality to submit the required land use certificates to APIA.
Documents proving that the agricultural land is at the farmer's disposal must be completed before the application is submitted and must remain valid at the time of submission.
Electronic Submission of Zootechnical Support Certificates
Certificates issued for coupled support schemes in the livestock sector, provided by the accredited association/agency responsible for maintaining breed registries or the county zootechnical office, may be submitted electronically via APIA’s platform, with prior notification to the farmer, following the established procedure from previous campaigns.
Obligations for Farmers with Livestock
Farmers with livestock must ensure that their animal data is updated and corrected in the National Database (BND) through their contracted veterinarian, association, or their own records if using the SNIIA system.
The responsibility for the legality and validity of documents lies with the farmer and/or the issuing authority, as applicable.
