MADR (The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development ) approved by ministerial order the quantities of diesel fuel used in agriculture in the first quarter of this year, determined for payment by APIA, for which state aid is granted in the form of reimbursement.

Thus, the total quantities of diesel provided in the normative act are 58,540,501 liters, and the total value of the related state aid is 89,515,233 lei, for a number of 10,729 beneficiaries.

The order was sent to the Official Gazette, and APIA will start making payments after publication.

We remind you that by Government Decision no. 1174/2014, until the end of 2023, state aid is granted to reduce the excise duty on diesel fuel used in agriculture, respectively by applying a reduced tax rate on diesel fuel, used to carry out mechanized works in agriculture in the plant, animal husbandry and land improvement sectors .
