The Agency for Rural Investment Financing is participating in this year's International Trade Fair for Agricultural, Horticultural, Viticultural, and Zootechnical Products and Equipment - INDAGRA 2023, taking place from October 25th to 29th, 2023, at the ROMEXPO Exhibition Center in Bucharest.

"The Agency's participation in one of the most important trade fairs in Romania has already become a tradition for us. It represents an excellent opportunity to engage with farmers and applicants for European agricultural and rural development funds. We aim to discuss the funding opportunities that will be available through PS PAC 2027 during this period. Furthermore, we will offer practical advice based on our experience in successfully implementing three previous funding programs: SAPARD, PNDR 2013, and PNDR 2020," stated George CHIRIȚĂ, the General Director of AFIR.

Throughout the duration of the fair, AFIR representatives will provide information on accessing non-reimbursable European funds and implementing investment projects in agriculture and rural development financed through the Strategic Plan for the Common Agricultural Policy 2023 - 2027 (PS PAC 2027).

Moreover, on Thursday, October 26, 2023, starting at 10:00 AM, AFIR will also participate in the conference organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development during the INDAGRA 2023 fair, in the Titulescu Hall (Pavilion B3). During the conference, the General Director of AFIR will present the status of the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (FEADR) implementation, as well as the administrative measures taken to create an effective institutional framework for managing PS PAC 2027.

Farmers, processors, entrepreneurs, local authorities' representatives, and all those interested in receiving information on accessing European funds under PS PAC 2027 are encouraged to visit the AFIR information point organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, located in Pavilion B1, Stand 3.
