The Agency for Payments and Intervention in Agriculture (APIA) announces that today, on November 6, 2023, it has disbursed the amount of 276,521,796.10 lei for 165,914 eligible farmers as an advance payment for the 2023 Campaign.

Payments for interventions funded from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (FEGA) are made in lei at the exchange rate of 4.9735 lei/euro, and payments for measures funded from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (FEADR) at the exchange rate of 4.9495 lei/euro.

It is worth mentioning that, within the 2023 Campaign, APIA grants advances representing 70% of the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (FEGA) for direct payments.

Furthermore, 85% has already been disbursed from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (FEADR) for the delegated measures.
