According to ANZM, during March 2024, the following legislative documents were issued and published:

- ORDER approving the quantities of diesel fuel for the period October 1, 2023 - December 31, 2023, determined for payment and not reimbursed by the Agency for Payments and Intervention for Agriculture, benefiting from state aid granted in the form of reimbursement.

- ORDER approving the types of products included in food packages, according to the mechanism for implementing measures to provide material support for certain categories of disadvantaged persons, for the period 2024 - 2027, the rules for granting support, the method and frequency of support measures, as well as the responsible institutions, approved by Government Decision no. 70/2024.

- ORDER regarding the implementation method, fulfillment of eligibility criteria, conditions and other specific requirements, including types of supporting documents for interventions related to the plant and animal sectors provided in art. 1 para. (2) lit. a) and b) of Government Decision no. 1,571/2022 on establishing the general framework for implementing interventions related to the plant and animal sectors within the Strategic Plan PAC 2023-2027, financed from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund and the state budget, starting from 2024.
